Are your products tanalized?
Yes, some of them are. Products like dog kennels for example are tanalized. You should check the description of the product. If it is not stated that "this product is tanalized" this means is not.
Our log cabins are not tanalized due to the size of these items, with these products we recommend you apply treatments and paint them to ensure the longevity of your cabin.
How long will take you to make a delivery?

A delivery should not take more than 14 days from the time you place your order and your payment has gone through.
Deliveries may still be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or traffic conditions though we will do our best to deliver your product in the time allocated.
Do you make discounts for bigger orders?
At Cedexx Services UK we reserve the right to accept customers who wish to buy more than 1 log cabin. We do have a discount scheme where if you purchase several log cabins we can give you a discount on delivery and another discount on the price of the log cabins but we do need to know which models you are interested in to confirm the discounts. Please contact us.
Can you change the position of the window?
Yes. You can put the window on either side of the log cabin for example for a 3 x 3 log cabin you can put the side window on the left, right or even on the back wall, without needing to make any alteration to the log cabin itself.
If you buy a 4 x 3 log cabin for example then you can only move the window from left to right or from right to the left wall.
Can I add one more window or door?
For the moment we sell our log cabins as they are and we do not make any alteration to the specification.
Are the windows and doors both double glazed?
Yes. At Cedexx Log Cabins we provide as standard 12 mm double glazed windows and doors for our log cabins.
Can you make me a custom log cabin ? I need a x by y log cabin
We are sorry but for the moment we can't provide custom made log cabins. If is not listed on the website it means we can't provide that product.
Can you confirm the interior measurements of ..... log cabin?
Please check the description of the item, you should find all the details you need to know.
Does your price include delivery?
No. Even if there are some website selling log cabins including free delivery, free shingles, etc. we recommend you to check the real cost of each service or item.
Why is this log cabin so cheap? Are they a low quality?
NO! Buying direct from the factory is the best way to get a log cabin. We manufacture our own log cabins and designs.
