Returning an item
Our 14-day returns guarantee
Within 14 days from receipt you have the option to replace any faulty or damaged items as well as missing parts.
If you wish to return the item please contact us so that we can arrange the return transportation. We will issue a full refund if the item arrives in good condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, must have the labels attached) and with the labels attached.
To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please follow the guidelines below:
- Before deciding to return an item please contact us to try to avoid the returning procedure because of the cost involved
- If you are not completely satisfied with our Customer Support and you still want to return the item you must know that
- You can return an item in no more than 14 days since you received it.
- You can return an unopened item at no extra cost
- We won’t accept returns for opened packages of our items
- We won’t refund any damaged items, if they’ve been delivered in good condition and you will sign for this when you will receive the parcel
We will send any spare parts required within 7-10 working days.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
